Session outline:
Gentle, powerful poses to release tensions held deep within the body.
Learn to breathe efficiently, creating wellness and vitality. This will be followed by deep relaxation called Yoga Nidra to release and free tensions from the body and mind, to restore the whole nervous system.
More about the Presenter:
Jane Reynolds is an Accredited Satyananda Yoga teacher, aromatherapist and Registered Nurse, of 30 years, speciailising in stress management.
Jane's Yoga classes are specifically designed for the whole community, no matter of fitness level, flexibility or strength.
Jane offers a balance of poses, breathing practice and relaxation in every session tailored to individual needs.
Jane teaches locally in Urunga and Coffs Harbour. She also supports a relaxation/ meditation program for cancer patients within the Health Service.
