    The Feldenkrais Method is a kinaesthetic movement education system that develops Human Abilities. It gives your nervous system other options that lead to “change”. It trains your ability to “pay attention” and to lessen strain and unnecessary effort.

    Through gentle movement explorations Awareness through Movement classes fill- in our self image.

    Breathing, standing, walking or more complex skills like writing can be made easier and more efficient.

  • Session Outline

    In this session you will be lying on the floor and being guided through a movement lesson that will challenge your previous beliefs about yourself and about movement possibilities. It is a very quiet and gentle approach where you can do as much or as little as you want. Participants do not look at the teacher, rather they listen and interpret the instructions. There are no right or wrong movements.
