    Spirited Movement is an energizing movement experience, combining a simple cardiovascular workout with strengthening poses and a relaxing movement meditation. By drawing on movement forms from the East and West it delivers a unique and celebratory experience for the body, mind, spirit and emotions. Spirited Movement means being Aware, Real and Conscious as you move. The inspirations to Spirited movement include Tai Chi, Athletic Dance, Yoga, Moving Meditation and Kum Nye. While you build stamina and power, feel your long held tensions and stagnant energy being released by this specially designed course, which helps you to discover both excitement and peace in your body.
