Chris Tzar is an accredited Exercise Physiologist and NSW President of the Australian Association for Exercise and Sports Science (AAESS). As Director of the Lifestyle Clinic at the Faculty of Medicine, University of NSW, Chris has extensive experience providing physical activity and lifestyle management programs for people with health issues.

Physical inactivity is the second highest contributor towards chronic disease and ill-health in Australia – only behind smoking. It is estimated that within 3 to 5 years it will overtake smoking to become the leading cause.
Learn which type of exercise is important at each stage of life and why. Also, learn how to incorporate exercise into your lifestyle with minimal ease, and sustain it for a lifetime. We also dispel many myths about exercise and provide a few surprising facts. The older you are, the more reasons you should exercise.
