Jan Murphy is a trained professional coach with a Masters in Human Resource Management and Coaching Psychology. Originally trained as a Social Worker, Jan’s other careers include HR consultancy, training, ESL teaching and flight attending. Her particular area of interest is wellbeing and the use of positive psychology strategies and mindfulness to assist individuals to lead happier lives. We can all learn to be happier by using well researched simple tools and strategies.
