  • Session Outline

Participants will be given an understanding of the role Bowen Therapy can have in reducing stress, treating injuries and musculoskeletal problems as well improving the overall wellbeing of clients.

The body is stimulated by a series of transverse myofascial moves over specific muscles, tendons and ligaments, with strategically designated resting periods. This stimulation process primarily encourages rehydration of the body including muscles and organs. This then improves flow of fluids in the body, improving body mechanics, lymphatic drainage, and nerve stimulation and hence improved homeostasis.

A practical demonstration of a Bowen Therapy session will be provided
