    Bronwyn Penny is an Exercise Physiologist with Diabetes Australia-NSW and member of AAESS. Since graduation, Bronwyn’s has been working in the fields of chronic disease prevention and management with a specific focus on diabetes. Through Diabetes Australia-NSW, Bronwyn has been involved in a variety of health promotion initiatives and promotions targeting lifestyle change and chronic disease prevention, is responsible for the facilitation of the Vietnam Veteran’s Heart Health program, and is a frequent contributor to national and state wide publications. Bronwyn’s main areas of interest include physical activity, lifestyle and behaviour change for the prevention, treatment and management of chronic diseases.

    Michelle Norman is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with an applied science degree in nutrition (University of Western Sydney) and a Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics (University of Sydney). She has worked as an APD for 7 years in the field of diabetes. Her experience in diabetes covers both paediatrics and adults and includes type 1 and type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes, pregnancy, insulin pumps and diabetes related conditions.
