- Session Outline There is a lot of evidence to show that healthy relationships contribute to good health and wellbeing for individuals, families and communities (including workplaces). People who experience good relationships live longer, report higher scores on happiness indicators and manage stress better. But how do you measure the health of a relationship?
In this workshop we will be using a relationship health check-up, discover what helps build strong and effective relationships and learn how to improve your ability to recognise and respond to relationship difficulties.
