- Session Outline Body Mapping is a technique used to identify common patterns of health problems amongst workers in a particular workplace or doing the same job. Many workers feel alone in coping with aches, pains and illnesses not realising or not wanting to admit that it might be work that is causing the problems.
This active workshop will involve participants in a body mapping exercise and demonstrate how it can be used to identify common health problems within a group of workers, leading to discussion of possible causes and a collective approach to controlling them.
