    In a comfortable, private and professional setting we will identify your needs and tailor-design a fitness plan specifically for you. We will set realistic goals, provide education and motivate you to make a permanent change and achieve real results. Along with all the conveniences of a modern gym a Definition membership also includes Personal Training sessions to help monitor and manage progress as well as group exercise classes to suit every need and taste. Some examples include Pilates, RPM, Pump, Body Attack and Yoga.

  • Session Outline Whether you work out and want to take yourself to the next level or have never worked out before this session has something for you. Kick start your progress with a fitness and health assessment, nutrition advice and education, posture analysis or simply relax with a neck and shoulder massage.

    By session end you will have a clear evolution of overall health and fitness level as well as a concrete step by step plan to create a lasting change in fitness habits and behaviours, whatever your current level. You will gain insight into role of nutrition in contributing to overall good health and finally, you can expect to feel refreshed and rejuvenated from your neck and shoulder massage provided by a fully qualified and experienced therapist
