  • Presenters Bio Jan Murphy is a trained professional coach with a Masters in Human Resource Management and Coaching Psychology. Originally trained as a Social Worker, Jan’s other careers include- HR consultant, Trainer, ESL teacher and Flight Attendant. Her particular area of interest is wellbeing and the use of positive psychology strategies and mindfulness to assist individuals to lead happier lives. We can all learn to be happier by using well researched, simple tools and strategies.
  • Session Outline Stress is a major contributor to ill health yet we have tended to ignore the potential of using the mind to facilitate the healing process. While the pillars of good health such as a healthy diet, exercise and social support cannot be ignored.
    This seminar looks at the central pillar of good health, the mind, and explores how can to adopt a “mindful approach” to ensure a healthier life.
