    Dr. Trapp is an Exercise Physiologist who teaches in the area of evercise and health in the Faculty of Medicine UNSW. Her research for the past few years has examined the effects of interval traniing on fat loss in young women. Dr. Trapp has found that it is possible to lose significant amoounts of fat with relatively small amounts of exercise. She has also found at least one modifiable barrier to fat loss.
